THE Ginellames.fr SHOPPING CART
You are supplied with a shopping cart, just like in any supermarket.
You may add articles to it, remove articles from it, empty it all...
No strings attached: you validate your order only when you are sure about it and about its total price.. and you may even cancel it afterwards !
The process is quite simple:
1) Add the desired articles to your shopping cart
2) Fill in the form with your references and validate your order
3) Send your payment (or cancel your order)
4) Keep track of your parcel online (may vary according to destinations)
1) AddING THE ARTICLES TO THE SHOPPING CART
Your choice is made ?
Click on the blue shopping cart (see left & right pictures) to add the article to your shopping cart.
Afraid of making a mistake ?
No risk at all: every article is unique (but the knives sheaths) thus it can only be added once to your shopping cart.
What is in my cart?
Everytime you add an article to your shopping cart, it displays its entire content. Thus you may check that it contains exactly what you have chosen.
You can also display your shopping cart's content anytime by clicking on the orange cart located at the top right corner of every page...
2) MANAGING THE SHOPPING CART 'S CONTENT
ADDING OR REMOVING AN ARTICLE
By clicking on the red arrow associated with an item you simply remove it from your cart.... but it can easily be added even afterwards

DISPLAYING AN ITEM'S DETAILS
Click on the green question mark associated with every article to immediately display its characteristics: picture, dimensions, price...
Know every detail of what you choose.
EMPTYING THE CART
To empty your shopping cart, just click the red cross. After validating the confirmation, any article present in your cart will be immediately removed.
It is not necessary to empty your cart before leaving the website: this is automatically done.
A legend displays the meaning of the shopping cart's icons.
When you are done, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT, ACCESS PAYMENT FORM
to enter your references.
3) VALIDATING THE ORDER
FILL IN THE MANDATORY REFERENCES
Any mistake or missing field in the form is clearly identified, thus easy to correct (see example below)

A CLEAR AND SURPRISE-FREE INVOICE
Shopping cart's amount, shipment expenses (according to quantity and country) and total amount are clearly detailled.
You can add any article to your cart or remove any article from it anytime before clicking the SUBMIT MY ORDER button
4) EMAIL DE CONFIRMATION ET SUIVI DE COLIS
ORDER Confirmation BY email
A few minutes after your order is validated, you receive a confirmation email.
This email contains a detailled invoice with your articles characteristics as well as your references.
Feel free to report any mistake you might find, so that we can process your order as quickly as possible.
SENDING YOUR PAYMENT
Your order is on hold until payment is received or confirmed (check for France, bank transfer for any other country.
(Credit card payment soon available)
You receive a confirmation email when payment is received or confirmed and when your parcel is sent.
KEEPING TRACK OF YOUR ORDER
All articles are thoroughly wrapped and protected from shocks.
Parcels are sent with Colissimo. Online tracking available for most of the countries.
Shipment expenses details are available through the "Shipment & packaging" link at the bottom of the validation form (see above).
ALLOTTED TIME OF PAYMENT
All of the unique articles your order are reserved for you until your payment is received
If your payment souldn't reach us within 20 days, your order would be cancelled and the ordered articles would not reserved anymore.
Anybody can make a mistake ! Just don't send your payment. A simple email stating you want your order cancelled will do the trick.
